Message: It is with great sadness to hear of the passing of my high school mentor and dear friend Leo Lenick. Those of us who were fortunate to have him as our Superintendent at Wood High School will never forget him. He inspired us, made us laugh and taught us so many life lessons. Whenever there are stories to be told about Wood High school there will inevitably be a story about Coach. The fact that we still tell stories about Coach 30 years later is testimony to the impact that he had on our lives.
