Condolence: Dear Mary Ann,
Please receive my heartfelt condolences at the death of Leo. Carol Horstman, my cousin, was kind enough to get me the information and gave it to me at my mother's funeral. Mom passed away Sept. 8, 2017 and her funeral was on Sept. 16th in the afternoon.
In reading the information from the Funeral Home, I saw Leo and my birthdays were on the same day. This brought back the memory of my class making homemade ice cream for everyone to celebrate my birthday. I remember how excited Leo and you were to eat homemade ice cream. I do not think I knew it was his birthday, too!
