Robert W.  Miller
Robert W. Miller, 74, of Dauberville, died Tuesday, October 25, 2016 in Reading Hospital and Medical Center. He was the husband of Georgia “Jody” A. (Knarr) Miller. They were married December 10, 1979 and celebrated 36 years of marriage.
Born in Centre Twp., he was the son of the late Harvey L. and Dorothy (Baer) Miller. He was a US Marine Corp veteran. Robert worked as a self-employed bricklayer for some years before working as a Chipper and Grinder for Empire Steel, Temple until his retirement. He enjoyed working on his tractors and having a garden. He was a member of Carl Anspach, PA Post 732 American Legion, Shoemakersville & Leesport Fire Company.
Surviving in addition to his wife are three sons: Robert W. Miller, Jr., companion of Brenda, Connecticut, Barry L. Miller husband of Sharon, Molino, Scott H. Miller husband of Jessica, Laureldale; a daughter: Kris S. (Miller) Baver wife of Herman, Orwigsburg; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a sister: Doris M. (Miller) Greenawalt, Shartlesville. He was a predeceased by a son: Bradley S. Miller, died September 26, 2007; and two brothers: Richard and David Miller.
